About the Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive RealNex CRM & Lead Management Specialist to support a busy Commercial Real Estate Broker. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with RealNex CRM and is comfortable managing leads, maintaining accurate records, and providing timely communication with prospective clients who inquire about commercial properties.
This role is ideal for someone who is organized, responsive, and able to keep the CRM updated while ensuring all incoming leads receive professional and prompt follow-up.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain the RealNex CRM database
- Update property listings, contact records, and lead information accurately
- Monitor incoming lead inquiries and respond promptly via email, text, or CRM messaging
- Qualify and route leads as needed
- Track lead activity and maintain detailed notes within the CRM
- Follow up with prospects regarding available commercial properties
- Ensure all client and property information remains organized and up to date
- Assist with pipeline management and lead tracking
- Generate reports and provide updates on lead activity when requested
- Support the broker with administrative CRM-related tasks
Qualifications
- Previous experience using RealNex CRM (required)
- Experience working in Commercial Real Estate is highly preferred
- Strong CRM management and data entry skills
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
- Ability to respond professionally to client and prospect inquiries
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote environment
- Comfortable working full-time during Central Standard Time (CST) business hours
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with commercial property listings and lead management
- Knowledge of commercial real estate terminology and processes
- Experience supporting brokers, agents, or real estate teams
