What you will do
This is an opportunity to contribute to a key stage of the client journey: onboarding new customers to Lighthouse (within the impact of the direct products from The Hotels Network).
You will join our team as an Implementation Specialist, acting as the primary technical guide for our new clients in the crucial post-sales phase. You will guide clients through the setup process, answer questions, and help solve technical challenges, ensuring a smooth and efficient onboarding experience. You’ll collaborate with Sales, Product, and Technical teams to stay aligned throughout, using AI tools and internal resources to work more efficiently.
Where you will have impact
- Account Activation: Proactively manage the full client onboarding cycle, from initial setup to successful account activation, with consistent follow-up.
- Client Technical Support: Guide clients through the technical installation of our scripts, providing hands-on assistance and troubleshooting to ensure a flawless setup.
- Communication: Serve as the main point of contact for our German-speaking market, ensuring clear communication and timely project completion.
- Sales Collaboration: Collaborate closely with Sales Managers to guarantee a swift and seamless handover of new accounts.
- Technical & Integration Coordination: Work with our technical and partnership teams to coordinate integrations and prioritize technical requirements.
- Data Monitoring: Monitor initial client data and platform tracking to confirm everything is functioning correctly post-setup.
- Knowledge Sharing: Contribute to our team's shared knowledge by documenting processes and helping to improve overall team efficiency.

Who you are
Essential
- Proven experience in a client onboarding, implementation, or related customer-facing role.
- Professional fluency in both German and English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- A customer-focused mindset with a passion for delivering an outstanding client experience.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot technical issues with attention to detail.
- Data driven mindset
- Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
- The ability to explain technical concepts clearly and effectively to a non-technical audience.
- A collaborative team player who is fun to work with and contributes to a positive team culture.
- AI curious: you actively explore how automation and generative AI can drive smarter execution and better results.
We welcome
- Interest or previous experience in the hospitality industry or with SaaS products.
- Familiarity with CRM or client communication tools like Salesforce and Intercom.
