Senior Graphic Designer

About the Role We are seeking a Senior Graphic Designer to join our team and lead the creation of high-impact visual content for social media and performance-driven marketing campaigns. This role is ideal for a designer with strong visual judgment and a solid understanding of digital trends and performance marketing, capable of delivering engaging and results-oriented creatives. Key Responsibilities Design high-conversion visual creatives for social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, etc.) Develop creative assets for both paid and organic campaigns aligned with marketing strategies Collaborate closely with content and marketing teams to translate briefs into strong visual concepts Ensure brand consistency while continuously exploring new creative directions Utilize AI-powered creative tools to support ideation, concept development, and production efficiency Stay up to date with social media trends, platform updates, and emerging creative formats Requirements 5+ years of professional experience in graphic design Strong portfolio with a focus on social media ads and performance marketing visuals Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator Familiarity with, or strong interest in, AI-based creative tools 3D design skills are a plus Basic English proficiency Strong collaboration skills with a proactive and creative mindset Preferred Background Experience working within marketing teams or creative agencies Exposure to fast-paced, campaign-driven content production environments
