Lime is the largest global shared micromobility business, operating in close to 30 countries across five continents. We’re on a mission to build a future where transportation is shared, affordable and carbon-free. Our electric bikes and scooters have powered more than one billion rides in cities around the world. Named a 2025 Time 100 Most Influential Company, Lime continues to set the pace for shared micromobility globally, spurring a new generation of clean alternatives to car ownership.

High-quality hardware is the engine of our growth—it drives rider preference, wins RFPs, expands our license to operate, and reduces operating costs. As the Hardware and City Tech Product Leader, you lead the product management organization responsible for defining "what we build and why." You oversee a high-performing team of product managers and specialists to set the vision and roadmap for our physical and digital vehicle experience, ensuring our vehicles set the standard for industry leadership for cities, riders, and our operations. We are looking for a highly tenured Senior Director to step into this critical role for Lime.

This is a remote position with a preference for candidates to reside in San Francisco, CA to maintain effective collaboration across teams. If not local, travel to San Francisco is expected (typically 1x per month).
