About the Role

- 5–8+ years of experience in recruiting or HR, with strong exposure to full lifecycle recruiting
- Proven ability to manage multiple requisitions in a fast-paced environment
- Strong sourcing and candidate engagement skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and build relationships
- Demonstrated ability to assess talent and make sound hiring recommendations
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and follow-through
- Experience working with ATS platforms (e.g. Greenhouse)
- Ability to operate both strategically and hands-on in a dynamic environment
Responsibilities
~1 min read- →Lead and manage full lifecycle recruiting, from requisition intake through offer stage
- →Partner with hiring managers to align on role requirements, candidate profiles, and hiring strategies
- →Proactively source and engage candidates through various channels, building strong talent pipelines
- →Conduct initial phone screens to assess candidate qualifications, experience, and overall fit
- →Effectively “sell” the role and LINK’s value proposition to prospective candidates
- →Coordinate and manage interview scheduling, ensuring a smooth and timely candidate experience
- →Drive candidate progress through the pipeline to meet hiring timelines and goals
- →Facilitate the offer process, including drafting offers and supporting closing conversations
- →Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate data within the applicant tracking system (ATS)
- →Partner with internal stakeholders to continuously improve recruiting processes and candidate experience
- Full time, 40 hours per week
- Some travel required to attend relevant events and conferences and participate in LINK team events
