Senior Information Designer

• Bachelor of Arts in Graphic Design, UX Design, Visual Journalism, Visual Communications, or a related field
• 10+ years of experience in graphic design or a related role
• Strong expertise in information design, with a passion for creating visual stories and working with data to deliver impactful solutions
• Well-versed in a variety of design areas (e.g., experience design, brand development, information design, graphic design) to propose and develop the best solutions for each project
• Highly motivated to solve end-user challenges, meet stakeholder needs, and achieve business goals
• Exceptional organizational skills, able to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail
• Capable of meeting deadlines and adapting to changing requirements
• Comfortable navigating ambiguity and able to lead clients and teams to clarity around requirements
• A bias towards positivity, openness and supporting others

Visual Design and Information Products

• →Develop high-quality, visually engaging deliverables such as infographics, charts, diagrams, wireframes, prototypes, dashboards, briefs and presentation visuals
• →Translate dense, technical or ambiguous information into structured, accessible and visually compelling formats
• →Create visual systems, frameworks, and narratives that support strategy, research and decision making
• →Produce materials optimized for both print and digital environments

Human-Centered Design and Problem Solving

• →Apply human-centered design principles to every stage of the design process, from understanding user needs to testing visual solutions. 
• →Collaborate closely with strategists, researchers, and subject-matter experts to ensure visuals reflect real user needs and client goals
• →Iterate rapidly based on stakeholder feedback data insights and testing

Client and Stakeholder Collaboration

• →Understand client challenges and translate them into clear, tailored visual artifacts that drive clarity and alignment
• →Work with the strategist to engage with client to define goals, clarify requirements, gather inputs and present design solutions
• →Work efficiently under tight timelines and shifting priorities
• →Support the development of templates, visual standards, and repeatable

• Full time, 40 hours per week
• Hybrid, with 2–3 days a week working onsite with the client
• Some travel required to meet with prospects/clients, attend relevant events and conferences, and participate in LINK team events
