Occupational Therapist - Adult Social Care

If so, Liquid Personnel is recruiting an Occupational Therapist to join the South OT Team in Swadlincote, covering the South Derbyshire area.

This short-term contract offers the opportunity to make a real impact in a collaborative, person-centred environment within a supportive and forward-thinking team.

• →Deliver strength-based assessments and interventions
• →Support adults with equipment solutions and adaptations
• →Work closely with housing providers and health partners
• →Manage a varied caseload with autonomy and support
• →Contribute to multi-disciplinary approaches across agencies

• Experience in Occupational Therapy within a Local Authority
• Knowledge of equipment/adaptation solutions and daily living assessments
• Understanding of physical, learning disabilities and mental health conditions
• Strong communication, IT, and time management skills
• Ability to travel for home visits
• Familiarity with Mosaic recording system (desirable)
