Occupational Therapist - Homefirst Neighbourhood

Liquid Personnel is currently recruiting for an Occupational Therapist to join its client’s Home First Neighbourhood Team based in Oxfordshire.

To be successful in this role, you will 

• →Complete home assessments across South Oxfordshire (own transport required)
• →Conduct bedside assessments in hospital settings
• →Carry out Care Act assessments and develop person-centred plans
• →Promote independence and support individuals on their reablement journey
• →Work both independently and as part of a team to deliver high-quality care

• Minimum 2 years post-qualified
• Strong assessment and organisational skills
• Knowledge of relevant legislation and reablement practices
• Must have own transport
• Experience in promoting independence and delivering community-based care
