Occupational Therapist - Intermediate Care

Liquid Personnel is recruiting Occupational Therapist for its clients Intermediate Care team located based in Southwark.

Join our clients integrated ICS team delivering short-term, targeted support to promote independence and recovery. This locum role focuses on reablement, manual handling, and personalised interventions in service users’ homes.

• →Conduct OT assessments and develop reablement plans
• →Deliver strengths-based interventions to support independence
• →Provide standard and specialist equipment, and refer for adaptations
• →Complete manual handling assessments and plans
• →Maintain accurate electronic case records
• →Support and guide junior staff and students

To be successful in this role you must have, 

• HCPC-registered Occupational Therapist
• Experience in community or integrated care settings (desirable)
• Strong communication, organisation, and clinical reasoning skills
• Commitment to person-centred, strengths-based practice
