Occupational Therapist – Shropshire

Liquid Personnel is currently seeking Occupational Therapist for its client located at Shropshire.

• →Conduct 10 single-handed care assessments per week as part of a 15-week review project
• →Evaluate existing care packages and recommend appropriate equipment to reduce reliance on multiple carers
• →Promote independence and improve client wellbeing through tailored OT interventions
• →Order and manage equipment needs in line with the Care Act (2014)
• →Collaborate with the Adult Social Care team to reassess and update support plans

• Qualified Occupational Therapist with HCPC registration
• Minimum of 7 years’ experience in Occupational Therapy
• Strong knowledge of single-handed care principles and equipment provision
