Senior Social Worker - SAS Team

Liquid Personnel is seeking an experienced Senior Social Worker to join our client’s SAS Team in Hartlepool.

This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a dynamic setting where you’ll play a vital role in safeguarding and supporting children and families. You’ll be responsible for managing complex cases, offering professional guidance, and ensuring statutory duties are met in line with legislation and local procedures.

• →Undertake Children & Families assessments and ensure timely completion.
• →Lead on complex cases and provide professional advice to colleagues.
• →Chair meetings and contribute to multi-agency planning.
• →Prepare reports and care plans for children and families.
• →Attend court and provide evidence when required.
• →Work closely with families under Child in Need, Child Protection, and PLO processes.
• →Carry out other social work tasks as directed by your manager.

To be successful in this role you must have, 

• Social Work England registration.
• Eligible to work in the UK.
• Hold a full UK driving licence.
• Post-qualified experience in safeguarding and assessment.
• Degree level or equivalent in Social Work.
