In this role, you will conduct strengths-based and outcomes-focused social work assessments, engaging in preventative and informative conversations. You will manage a caseload effectively, balancing individual responsibilities with team demands. Building strong professional relationships with local health and social care services to enable a coordinated response is essential. You will contribute to a duty rota, providing urgent support for individuals in crisis while supporting team collaboration and knowledge sharing. Additionally, you will oversee safeguarding enquiries, ensuring compliance with the Care Act and local policies to protect vulnerable adults. Your efforts will contribute to enhancing the quality of life for those you support.

To be successful in this role you must have SWE registration, be eligible to work in the UK, hold a qualification in Social Work at degree level, have at least 2 years of post-qualified experience in social work and hold a full UK licence.
