• →Work within a city-based Learning Disability Team supporting adults with learning disabilities, applying strength-based and person-centred approaches.
• →Carry out Care Act assessments, Mental Capacity assessments and Best Interests decisions, while managing risk and working closely with partner agencies.
• →Lead Section 42 safeguarding enquiries as required and contribute to the team’s duty rota.
• →Operate independently while contributing positively to a collaborative and supportive team environment.
• →Work within a hybrid model, applying behavioural science principles to inform assessments, planning and interventions.
