Description

• →Apply analytic techniques in the evaluation of program/project objectives.  
• →Analyzes requirements, status, budget and schedules.  
• →Performs management, technical, or business case analyses.  
• →Collects, completes, organizes and interprets data relating to aircraft/weapon/project acquisition and product programs. 
• →Tracks program/project status and schedules.  
• →Applies government-instituted processes for documentation, change control management and data management.

• Active Secret Clearance

Requirements

• Masters of Science degree OR
• Masters of Art degree

• 10+ years of professional experience
•  Active Secret Security Clearance OR the ability to obtain a Clearance (U.S. Citizenship Required) 

• Experience with DoD and SECNAV series instructions.
• Experience utilizing NAVAIR management tools.
• Experience developing acquisition strategies.
• Experience developing and executing integrated Government schedules.
• Experience developing, managing and executing budget and phasing plans.
• Experience with cost and performance trades.
