Industrial Painter – Fab Shop

• →Mix and thin paint or other coatings to specified color and consistency according to customer requests.
• →Regulate controls on equipment and paint booth to cure and dry paint or other coatings.
• →Operate lifting and moving devises to move materials and equipment to access areas to be painted.
• →Rack work pieces on skids, inspect, mark, and transfer finished products to staging / shipping areas.
• →Responsible for cleanliness of paint booth, paint guns, spraying equipment and replacement of screens and filters.
• →Maintain records of paint issued and inventory of supplies on hand.

• Previous experience as a painter in an industrial environment preferred.
• Previous experience operating material handling equipment.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.
• Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions.

• Excellent attention to detail.
• Effective communication and people skills.
• Ability to manage sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
• Knowledge of construction safety and industry-specific onboarding processes is advantageous.
