Project Manager – Federal Construction

• →Manage construction projects including renovations, design/build, design/bid/build, and ground-up, for USACE, NAVFAC, Air Force, US Coast Guard, and other federal entities.
• →Ensure compliance with all hiring and wage requirements for federal jobs.
• →Develop schedules, project budgets, milestones, and projections for all assigned projects.
• →Monitor progress schedules and make revisions as needed to ensure the projects stay on track.
• →Manage project financials including budgets, projections, and forecasts.
• →Prepares project reports, financial updates, and scorecards for management and clients.
• →Manage and negotiate contracts with subcontractors and suppliers.

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, Engineering, or a related field.
• 5-7 years of construction project management experience required.
• 5 years of federal government contracting experience required.
• Experience with DoD construction projects.
• Experience with USACE projects both fixed price and cost reimbursable.

Preferred:

• CQM Certification, OSHA 30, First Aid / CPR / AED are highly desired.
• Strong technical skills and computer skills are necessary for success in this role.
• Familiar with and able to manage FAR compliance.
