Training Specialist

• →Design, develop, and facilitate leadership, non-technical, and technical training programs.
• →Assess training needs through surveys, interviews, and collaboration with department leaders.
• →Create engaging learning materials, including e-learning modules, instructor-led training, job aids, and assessments.
• →Evaluate training effectiveness through assessments, feedback, and performance metrics to continuously improve learning programs.
• →Partner with subject matter experts to translate technical content into accessible and engaging training materials.
• →Support the administration of the Learning Management System (LMS) to track and manage training programs.
• →Ensure all training programs align with company policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.
• →Stay current with best practices in technical learning and instructional design to enhance training initiatives.

• 2-5 years of experience in education, adult learning, workforce development, or related field.

• Excellent organizational and administrative skills, with attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Growth mindset when problem-solving and critical thinking.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with LMS or training management software preferred; experience with content and assessment creation tools.

• Bachelor's Degree with emphasis on education, workforce development, adult learning, or related field.
• Experience in construction-related industry.
