Requirements
Shopify, Gorgias, and Customer Service experience
Must have love and enthusiasm for makeup
Patient and empathetic, with the ability to handle inquiries and concerns with care and understanding

Responsibilities
Email, Chat, Back-office Tasks
B2B and B2C: Managing inbound inquiries and orders (Emails and tickets)
Assisting with product recommendations (e.g., color matching)
Answer inquiries about the product and ensure to save the sale
Records any product concerns diligently
Additional tasks may include data entry into QuickBooks

Nice to have
A previous experience in makeup is ideal

Working conditions
Support Hours: Mon-Fri 12 pm - 3 pm ET
