- Proficient computer and typing skills; minimum 60–80 WPM preferred.
- Basic experience with Google Suite, including adding, adjusting, and reading information in
spreadsheet format. - Experience with Gorgias, Zendesk, Shopify, or social media platforms such as Facebook is a plus.
- Professional demeanor and attitude.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including strong email etiquette.
- Strong time management skills with the ability to multitask, prioritize, and follow up with
customers promptly. - Proactive approach with a strong sense of urgency.
