About the Role

5+ years of related experience with a Bachelor’s degree, 3 years and a Master’s degree, or 9+ years equivalent direct experience of high-volume recruiting in a fast-paced agile environment working hourly and salaried positions in GTM
Expertise in managing requisitions across fast-scale organizations prioritizing timelines.
Proven ability to navigate ATS platforms (Greenhouse preferred) and leverage talent market intelligence tools.
Strong ability to communicate and influence stakeholders at all organizational levels in an ambiguous environment.
Track record of balancing speed with quality while maintaining exceptional candidate experience.
Fluency of various sourcing platforms such as Indeed and Linked In Recruiter

Experience in automotive/EV, or mobility industries.
Previous involvement in hypergrowth or start-up hiring environments.
Knowledge of diversity recruiting strategies and handling immigration processes.

Onsite position at Lucid Motors Phoenix Hub: 4141 E Broadway Rd, Phoenix, AZ 85040. Opportunity for contract to full time after 6 months (approximately)

Compensation & Benefits: Lucid offers a comprehensive and competitive benefits package including medical, dental, and vision insurance; life and disability coverage; paid time off; paid holidays, paid sick leave; and a 401(k) retirement plan. Hourly/non-exempt employees accrue up to 120 hours paid time off, and salaried/exempt employee accrue up to 160 hours paid time off. Eligible employees may also participate in Lucid’s equity program and/or a discretionary annual cash incentive program. Incentive and equity awards, if applicable, are determined based on individual performance, role scope, market considerations, and overall company results, in accordance with the terms of the applicable plans.
