✓5+ years of experience in QA, with ownership of complex testing workflows across the full SDLC.

✓Strong expertise in functional, regression, integration, and exploratory testing for multi-module systems.

✓Hands-on experience testing REST APIs using Postman / Swagger / similar tools.

✓Confident use of Chrome DevTools (Network / Console / Application / Performance basics).

✓Familiarity with automated testing frameworks and tools (e.g., Playwright, Cypress, Selenium, or similar).

✓Deep understanding of QA methodologies, test design techniques, defect lifecycle management, and risk-based testing.

✓Proactive mindset with strong prioritization skills and the ability to make quality-driven decisions under changing conditions.

Responsibilities

Own and drive manual/automation testing strategy across all phases of the XR, web, mobile, PC products’ development lifecycle.
Perform functional, regression, integration, smoke, usability, and exploratory testing
Execute API testing to validate endpoint functionality, request/response accuracy, authentication flows, error handling, and data integrity across integrated systems.
Validate performance, stability, rendering quality, tracking accuracy, and device-specific limitations.
Ensure consistent quality standards across multiple hardware platforms, devices, and operating systems.

Create, maintain, and continuously improve test plans, test cases, acceptance criteria, and test reports.
Work closely with the production, design, and engineering teams to clarify requirements and define testable acceptance criteria.
Actively participate in sprint planning, backlog refinement, and release readiness reviews to ensure quality alignment.

Contribute to the evolution of QA processes, standards, and best practices within the team.
Mentor junior QA engineers and support knowledge-sharing and onboarding initiatives.
Help refine internal testing templates, device coverage strategies, and XR-specific testing workflows.

Previous experience leading a QA team.

Experience with healthcare, medical simulation, or highly regulated industries.
Familiarity with performance testing tools, device profiling, or Unity Profiler.
Hands-on experience testing VR/AR/XR applications or games.
