Analyze payment system environments, integrations, and application components
Map end-to-end payment flows (from initiation to settlement and reporting)
Model business processes (user journey, process flow, data flow)
Document requirements, describe tasks and specifications for developers
Participate in systems testing, organize user trainings
3-5 years’ experience in gathering, reviewing, analyzing business and technical requirements (functional and non-functional) in IT projects
Excellent problem-solving skills, analytical mindset and attention to details
Stakeholders’ management skills (requirements gathering, workshops)
Strong interest in technology
Preferred educational background in IT, Engineering, Natural sciences (Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry)
Would be considered as an advantage: Experience working with tools like JIRA, Confluence; Understanding payments schemes (SEPA, Target2, SWIFT); Experience in Agile and Scrum software development projects
Fluent English is required in spoken and written communication due to working on the Pan-Baltic level
