Business Analyst - TPRM (She/He/They)

We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst with strong Risk Governance expertise to join our Business Consulting team in Warsaw. This role will focus on supporting TPRM (Third Party Risk Management) Governance initiatives across policy, standards, metrics, and operating model enhancements.

You will work closely with Risk, Operations, Technology, and Product stakeholders to define business requirements, improve governance processes, and help deliver strategic transformation initiatives within complex financial services environments.

• →Partner with stakeholders across Risk, Technology, Operations, and Product teams to capture and define business requirements for TPRM governance initiatives
• →Develop key business analysis artefacts including problem statements, scope documentation, stakeholder maps, workshop outputs, and requirements catalogues
• →Analyse and document current (“as-is”) and future-state (“to-be”) processes to support governance and operating model improvements
• →Translate business needs into clear user stories and actionable requirements for delivery teams
• →Facilitate workshops, support governance discussions, and contribute to programme delivery across policy, standards, and metrics workstreams

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst within financial services, consulting, or risk transformation programmes
• Strong understanding of Risk Governance frameworks, policies, standards, and controls
• Experience working on Third Party Risk Management (TPRM) or supplier risk governance initiatives
• Excellent stakeholder management and workshop facilitation skills across business and technology teams
• Ability to produce clear, structured documentation and communicate complex topics effectively

• Experience working within large-scale regulatory or governance transformation programmes
• Familiarity with operational risk, non-financial risk, or enterprise risk management frameworks
• Knowledge of Agile delivery methodologies and user story development
• Consulting experience within Tier 1 banking or financial services organisations
• Exposure to governance metrics, reporting, or control monitoring frameworks
