As a Test Automation Lead, your mission is to drive the overall quality strategy by leading the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of testing processes across the organization. You will ensure scalable, efficient, and reliable automation practices, oversee end‑to‑end testing activities, and align quality efforts with broader engineering and product goals.
Develop, implement, and execute test plans and test cases
Identify, document, and track software defects and inconsistencies
Collaborate with development and product teams to understand requirements and ensure quality standards
Perform functional, regression, integration, and performance testing
Automate repetitive test cases and maintain automation frameworks
Review and analyze system specifications to identify testing requirements
Ensure compliance with project timelines and deliverables
Participate in the design, development, and implementation of continuous testing solutions
Assist in deploying software updates to production environments and provide ongoing support to identify and resolve issues post‑deployment
Take responsibility in professional self‑development and contribute to own and team performance improvement by constructive feedback and relevant suggestions
Lead and coordinate end‑to‑end testing activities
Define, improve, and maintain testing processes, standards, and best practices
Drive the development and expansion of automation frameworks and automation strategy
Lead QA processes and coordinate team efforts to ensure consistent, high‑quality testing outcomes
Proficient in manual and automated testing methodologies
Hands‑on experience setting up testing processes and defining new end‑to‑end testing approaches
Strong automation experience across relevant tools and frameworks
Leadership experience and the ability to guide processes, coordinate work, and support team members
Solid understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and testing lifecycle (STLC)
Knowledge of QA tools and processes, including defect tracking tools like JIRA
Experience with test automation tools such as Selenium or Selenide, TestNG, or Postman
Knowledge of API testing
Familiarity with version control systems like Git
Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and related tools like Jenkins
Adaptability to changing project requirements and priorities
Experience working in the cards domain is a strong advantage
Experience working with AI‑driven solutions will be seen as a plus
Fluent English is required in spoken and written communication due to working on Pan‑Baltic level

Gross salary. 3540-5320 EUR/month, which is to be determined depending on your level of experience and competencies
