About the Role
~1 min readWe’re seeking Construction Managers at various levels to support large, heavy-civil infrastructure programs, including highways, roads, bridges, transit (including rail and bus), and airport projects delivered through both traditional and alternative methods. In this role, you'll oversee construction activities, coordinate contractors, enforce safety and quality, and keep work moving in line with the project requirements and budget.

Requirements
~1 min read- Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, architecture, or related field, or the equivalent combination of education and experience.
- 10+ years' experience in successfully managing and overseeing large (>$500M), complex, heavy-civil infrastructure projects.
- Experience overseeing construction on behalf of an owner or agency, including contractor performance monitoring, change order and claim review, and field issue resolution.
- Working knowledge of construction contract administration, submittals, RFIs, inspection, and quality documentation on publicly funded projects.
- Proficiency with industry standard project and construction management software (e.g., Primavera P6, MS Project, Bluebeam, eBuilder, Procore, etc.).
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite/Office 365 (e.g., Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
- Master’s degree in construction management, engineering, or architecture.
- Certified Construction Manager (CCM), Project Management Professional (PMP), Professional Engineer (PE), or Architect Registration (AIA).
- Experience delivering projects through both traditional and alternative methods (e.g., DB, CM/GC, P3).
- Field experience with inspection, construction coordination, and contractor oversight.
- Familiarity with construction documentation platforms such as e-Builder, Procore, or similar.
What We Offer
~3 min readExpected Salary: $130k-$190k/year ($62.50-$91.35/hour). Luster provides the salary range that the company in good faith believes it might offer for this position based on the successful candidate’s level of experience, knowledge, skills, abilities, education, certifications, licenses, geographic location, etc. Luster reserves the right to ultimately pay more or less than the posted range depending on circumstances not related to any status protected by local, state, and/or federal law.
