OperationsProject Manager

At Lyft, our purpose is to serve and connect. We aim to achieve this by cultivating a work environment where all team members belong and have the opportunity to thrive.

The autonomous transition is a transformational opportunity for Lyft. Our strategy focuses on becoming the preferred marketplace, fleet, and operational partner for the world's best Autonomous Vehicle (AV) providers. As AV deployments scale, the programs that govern our partnerships, from pre-launch planning through ongoing operations, become a critical foundation for sustainable growth. This role sits at the center of that work, owning the end-to-end management of our autonomous partnership programs and serving as the primary face of Lyft to our external partners.

As a qualified candidate, you have a proven track record managing complex, multi-stakeholder programs in fast-moving environments. You are a skilled communicator who can represent Lyft externally with credibility and care, while driving alignment across a wide range of internal teams. You are energized by the combination of strategic relationship management and hands-on operational rigor, you know how to stay close to the details without losing sight of the bigger picture. You bring sound judgment, a collaborative mindset, and the ability to navigate ambiguity with confidence.
