About the Role:

Lyra Health is looking for an experienced, collaborative, and exceptionally organized Senior Project Manager to join our Integrated Brand & Marketing team. This role sits at the center of Lyra’s most strategic marketing initiatives, uniting Brand, Design, Content, and XFN marketing partners to bring Lyra’s vision & solutions to market

You'll lead the planning and execution of high-impact marketing initiatives, ensuring  teams stay aligned, priorities remain clear, and projects move from concept to launch with excellence.

The ideal candidate is passionate about the details, thinks multiple steps ahead, and is known as a proactive problem solver who fosters a genuinely collaborative team environment. They understand that real project management happens through strong relationships and clear conversation—not just by assigning tasks in Asana. They spot friction before it becomes a blocker, gracefully navigating negotiations around project scope, timelines, and resourcing while keeping people aligned and motivated.

  • Build and manage timelines, sprint plans, and creative delivery schedules using Asana, running sprint planning and tracking with fluency to keep teams aligned on priorities, capacity, and deadlines.

  • Establish project expectations with stakeholders, drive communications throughout the project development process, outline interdependencies, and clarify requirements.

  • Actively track projects through all stages of development, from briefing to production to final delivery, managing every step to meet deadlines and adjusting workflow as needed.

  • Detect potential problems early and proactively facilitate negotiations between stakeholders on scope, timeline, and resourcing to resolve issues before they impact delivery.

  • Create organized structures for reviews and approvals

  • Align agencies and contractors efficiently with internal stakeholders, and strive for operational excellence by managing agency relationships through regular briefings, project and financial updates, and creative reviews.

  • Manage multiple content libraries, ensuring the latest content is uploaded and refreshed on a regular basis.

  • Serve as the team brand steward, working across the organization to help Lyrians understand and use our brand guidelines.

  • 7+ years of demonstrated success in project management, preferably in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.

  • Strong XFN communication, coordination, and relationship-building skills, with a track record of aligning stakeholders across different teams and functions.

  • Expert in creative operations, with fluency in managing the full lifecycle of work from brief to final delivery.

  • Exceptional proficiency in Asana, including running sprint plans.

  • Skilled at aligning agencies and contractors with internal stakeholders to keep external work integrated and on schedule.

  • Strong instinct for spotting risks early and facilitating the negotiations needed to keep projects on time and within scope.

  • Decisive, but adaptive to changing priorities while keeping teams on track.
