Deli Supervisor

We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Deli Supervisor to join our team at MACE Ballysadare on a full-time basis. As a Deli Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the daily operations of our deli department and ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction.

• Manage and lead a team of deli staff, providing guidance and support to ensure smooth operations

• Responsible for food preparation, ensuring quality and freshness of all deli products

• Adhere to all food safety and sanitation guidelines to maintain a clean and hygienic work environment

• Interact with customers, take orders, and address any inquiries or concerns in a professional manner

• Train new employees on deli procedures, recipes, and customer service standards
