Our client is a fast-growing, technology-enabled mortgage brokerage serving diverse homebuyers and homeowners across multiple U.S. states. They focus on delivering a streamlined, organized, and highly communicative loan experience for both clients and partners. 

The client’s three-person processing team is at capacity, creating bottlenecks that limit loan throughput and cause overflow into evenings and weekends. This role exists to take ownership of end-to-end file coordination—collecting documents, preparing complete submissions, and proactively communicating updates—so the pipeline moves without stalls. By adding a reliable, bilingual processor on Eastern hours, the team can scale volume while maintaining a smooth borrower experience.
