We are seeking a full-time Custodian/Maintenance Assistant to support our residential property in Barre, VT. Your duties and responsibilities will include:  

• →Cleaning the management offices, community center, common areas, and open apartments. 
• →Performing groundskeeping and trash removal. 
• →Completing work orders such as minor repairs and preventative maintenance. 
• →Utilizing the Yardi mobile app and keeping close communication with the superintendent and other staff.

The work hours for this position are 8:30am-4:30pm Monday-Friday with on-call duties shared on rotation.
