Responsibilities

→Acknowledge and greet all guests in a prompt and courteous manner
→Verify credentials of incoming and outgoing individuals/vehicles
→Patrol the perimeter (interior/exterior) to identify potential safety and security risks
→Respond swiftly and effectively to alarms, emergencies, and safety hazards
→Proficient in preparing detailed and accurate incident reports, daily activity logs
→Ensure all rules/regulations are being enforced and followed
→Other duties to be determined by operations

CPR-AED Certification
GA Driver’s License
Basic computer skills (Knowledge of Track-Tik a plus!)
Must be able to pass pre-employment screening (background and drug)
Highly observant, dependable, and proactive
