W Melbourne is the rebel between the streets, sitting in the heart of the Melbourne CBD on the iconic Flinders Lane, the luxury hotel takes its design cues from Australia’s cultural capital and providing the back-lane entrance keys to what’s New/Next in the city. Extending the laneway culture inside, 294 bold rooms and suites peel back the layers and revel in the city’s history. Responsibilities
~1 min read- →Be the go-to connector for all things HR, supporting our talent via phone, email, and face-to-face interactions
- →Maintain accurate and confidential employee records and personnel e-files
- →Maintain training records and ensure completion of mandatory training & support the delivery of brand training initiatives.
- →Support the recruitment journey end-to-end, from applications and interviews to first-day onboarding
- →Prepare employment documentation and ensure right-to-work and compliance checks are completed
- →Support payroll processes through audits, data verification, and coordination with Finance and Department Heads
- →Create polished HR correspondence, reports and admin that reflects the W standard
- →Bring our culture to life by updating employee boards, activations, and internal communications
- →Support HR projects, engagement initiatives, and the day-to-day operation of hotel world
