About the Role

As we continue scaling our subscription business, retention and lifecycle marketing are becoming increasingly critical drivers of customer experience, subscriber growth, and long-term revenue performance.
As our Retention Marketing Manager, you will own and optimize the customer lifecycle across email, SMS, subscriptions, and retention focused initiatives. You’ll work closely with Growth, Creative, and Operations teams to build thoughtful, high-performing customer experiences that increase engagement, improve retention, and maximize subscriber lifetime value.
This role is ideal for someone who combines strong analytical thinking with excellent creative instincts. You move quickly, test constantly, care deeply about customer experience, and understand how to create messaging that feels personal, authentic, and conversion-driven rather than overly promotional.
