Technical Leadership/Support
i. CONTRIBUTE to sales, engineering, operations, and project teams.
ii. ABLE to Develop and maintain technical standards, procedures, and best practices for APM, ensuring alignment with industry regulations and organizational goal with
minimum guidance.
ii. PREPARE technical documentation, including design specifications, maintenance & reliability strategies, and performance reports.

Continuous Improvement
i. PARTICIPATE to continuous improvement in APM practices by leveraging data analytics, emerging technologies, and industry trends.
ii. ASSIST senior team in opportunities for our Clients to enhance asset performance, reduce operational costs, and extend asset life.
iii.PARTICIPATE in technical assessments and audits to ensure compliance with APM standards and identify areas for improvement WITH MINIMUM GUIDANCE.
Stakeholder Engagement
i. CONTRIBUTE to cross-functional teams to ensure asset Maintenance & Reliability strategies are integrated into overall asset management plans.
ii. INVOLVE in technical training and mentoring to engineering and operations staff, fostering a culture of knowledge sharing and technical excellence.
Project Oversight
i. SUPPORT APM projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and meet performance objectives.
ii. PARTICIPATE in project reviews, providing expert input on technical feasibility, risk management, and resource allocation.
iii. ENSURE that APM projects are aligned with long-term asset management strategies and organizational goals.
Innovation and Technology Adoption
i. KEEP abreast of advancements in APM technologies and methodologies, and evaluate their potential application within the organization.
ii. SUPPORT the implementation of innovative solutions, such as advanced analytics, machine learning, and IoT, to enhance asset performance.
iii. COLLABORATE with IT and SME/SMO to develop and deploy digital tools and platforms for APM
Education
i. Possess Degree in Engineering i.e. Mechanical Engineering, Electrical, Instrumentation & Control, Civil, or Equivalent.
ii. Working towards Professional Engineer (PE) certification or Chartered Engineer status.
Experience
i. Minimum of 5 years of experience in APM, asset Maintenance & Reliability management, or a related field,
ii. Proven track record of demonstrating graduate/junior roles and driving continuous improvement in asset Maintenance & Reliability
management.
Skills
Asset Maintenance & Reliability Management, Maintenance & Reliability Assessment, Reliability Methodologies i.e., Equipment Criticality
Assessment (ECA), Reliability Centered Maintenance (RCM), Failure Mode and Effect Analysis (FMEA), Maintenance management,
Anomalies assessment, Key Performance Indicator, Asset Performance Management. The expected level of competency as per Technical
Competence Ruler (TCR).
Knowledge
i. EXCELLENT understanding of asset Maintenance & Reliability principles and concepts, including risk assessment, asset management
strategies, and Maintenance & Reliability management systems.
ii. FAMILIAR with relevant industry codes, standards, and regulations such as API (American Petroleum Institute) standards, ASME (American
Society of Mechanical Engineers) codes, and ISO (International Organization for Standardization) guidelines pertaining to asset Maintenance
& Reliability management.
iii. GOOD KNOWLEDGE of Failure Mode, Mechanism and Cause and Life Data Analysis methods and Optimization and Improvement
techniques. Understanding how to assess and manage Reliability risks, select appropriate methodology, and implement effective strategies.
iv. FAMILIAR with various Maintenance & Reliability techniques, such as ECA, RCM, FMEA, LDA, and RCFA. EXCELLENT Knowledge of
maintenance planning, scheduling, and interpretation of CMMS results.
v. ABILITY to conduct risk assessments for asset Maintenance & Reliability, including identification and evaluation of risks, development of
risk mitigation strategies, and the application of Reliability methodologies.
vi. GOOD understanding the principles of fitness-for-service (FFS) assessment to evaluate equipment Maintenance & Reliability of
components and determine their suitability for continued operation. Knowledge of FFS codes and methodologies, such as API 579-1/ASME
FFS-1.
