Look no further.�\r\n\r\n\r\nThe Comptroller's General Accounting Division (GAD) is looking for a dynamic, forward-thinking individual for our Operations Team. The primary purpose of this role is to assist with Operations reporting, Compliance Audit Administration, Process Engineering & System Implementation, and MEMA functions for GAD. This position also assists with the coordination and execution of statewide communications and reporting with agencies relating to GAD Operations audits.�\r\n\r\n\r\nCome join our team!\r\n\r\n\r\nPlease Note: No leave requests will be approved the last two weeks of June and first week of July. Additionally, this position is Telework Eligible up to two days a week.\r\n

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

Education: Graduation from an accredited high school or possession of a high school equivalency certificate. \r\nExperience: Five years of administrative staff or professional work. \r\nNotes: \r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n Candidates may substitute 30 credit hours from an accredited college or university for each year up to four years of the required experience. \r\n Candidates may substitute the possession of a Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university and one year of experience in administrative staff or professional work for the required experience. \r\n Candidates may substitute the possession of a Master's degree from an accredited college or university for the required experience. \r\n Candidates may substitute U.S. Armed Forces military service experience as a commissioned officer involving staff work related to the administration of rules, regulations, policy, procedures and processes, or overseeing or coordinating unit operations or functioning as a staff assistant to a higher ranking commissioned officer on a year-for- year basis for the required experience.\r\n\r\n** For education obtained outside of the U.S., you will be required to provide proof of the equivalent American education as determined by a foreign credential evaluation service. If you possess a degree obtained outside of the United States, please submit a detailed, course-by-course evaluation report from one of the U.S. equivalence evaluating members identified at http://www.naces.org/members.html.\r\n\r\n

DESIRED OR PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

\r\n Solid knowledge of Microsoft Office Products\r\n Keen attention to detail with strong verbal and written skills\r\n Self-motivated; focused on process improvement\r\n Experience in a large enterprise operations environment\r\n Experience maintaining written operational policies/procedures in a high-volume, deadline driven�environment\r\n Experience in creating reports to generate meaningful metrics on the operations of a work unit.\r\n Experience in creating or updating policies/procedures.\r\n Experience in the audit and/or review of compliance with rules and regulations.\r\n \r\n\r\n
