React Frontend Developer (Web3 / DeFi / Solana)

We re looking for a highly skilled React developer to convert Figma designs into pixel-perfect Web3 interfaces. The ideal candidate has strong attention to detail, writes clean, efficient code, and requires minimal revisions to deliver high quality results. Our project is built on the Solana network, with integrations for wallets such as Phantom, MetaMask, and Solflare. You ll be working on staking dashboards, DeFi interfaces, payment processing, and other interactive components where precision, performance, and user experience are critical. Requirements: • Expert in React.js, TypeScript, and Tailwind CSS (or styled-components). • Proven experience converting Figma designs into pixel-perfect responsive websites. • Strong understanding of Web3 integrations (especially Solana ecosystem). • Experience with staking platforms, DeFi dashboards, or yield farming UIs. • Proactive mindset ability to think like a user and anticipate UX issues. • Solid QA and stress testing skills before delivery. • Clean, maintainable coding practices and efficient turnaround time. Bonus Points: • Experience with Anchor, Solana Web3.js, or smart contract front-end integration. • Familiarity with Next.js and Vercel/Netlify deployment.
