Are you passionate about customer service and retention, and eager to learn new products and services? We are currently recruiting a full-time, customer focused individual to join our dynamic team as a Telesales and Retention Executive.
In this role, you will manage sales and retention activities by engaging customers through outbound and inbound calls, identifying their needs, promoting suitable products and services, and supporting customers who request terminations by offering effective retention solutions and ensuring issues are resolved or escalated appropriately.
This role requires an individual who thrives in a fast paced, energetic environment, has strong attention to detail, and can manage schedules effectively. You should also be customer focused and sales oriented, with the ability to retain and upsell Melita services.
Be an excellent communicator with a strong command of both Maltese and English.
Be able to work under pressure and handle tasks with minimal supervision.
Possess strong organisational and time management skills.
Demonstrate solid problem solving and negotiation abilities.
Be passionate about customer satisfaction and eager to learn new products and services.
Be a strong team player who collaborates well with others to achieve shared goals.
Have at least one year of experience in sales or customer service.
