Responsibilities
~1 min read- →Coordinates and answers correspondence between business unit and Corporate office
- →Prepare, review, and maintain financial records, reports, and spreadsheets
- →Reviews payment journals, reviews and approved Overhead related vendor invoices
- →Maintain organized and up-to-date financial documentation and filing systems
- →Support internal and external audits by gathering required documentation
- →Communicate with vendors, clients, and internal departments regarding billing and payment inquiries
- →Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and accounting standards
- →Handles Avalara tax implementation and maintenance, compliance for the business unit sales tax exemptions.
- →Records automatic payments from bank account and ensures proper documentation is attached.
Requirements
~1 min read- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred
- 3-5 years of relevant accounting or bookkeeping experience
- Working knowledge of accounting principles and practices
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Effective communication and problem-solving abilities
Nice to Have

- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
- Strong analytical skills with a focus on accuracy
- Full-time, in-office role (Monday–Friday)
- Collaborative team environment with direct exposure to leadership
- Deadline-driven, especially during month-end close
