The Central Leasing Administrator position is a sales position. Responsible for selling apartment home leases to prospective renters with highest and best sales techniques and skills according to MG Properties policies and procedures. Also responsible for providing an exceptional customer experience to residents and potential residents. Utilizes professional sales and marketing techniques and solid customer service skills to maintain high occupancy at the community.

This position will be based out of an approved property in any region. It is a 5 days per week in office position.

Responsibilities

  • Screens calls thru Elise AI or the CRM for prospective residents, residents and Vendors timely and in a friendly manner
  • Qualifies applicants for apartments thoroughly and timely
  • Highly effective phone skills resulting in successful lead generation.
  • Maintains thorough and up-to-date prospect lists
  • Accurately entering rental data
  • Prepares leases for and oversees the signing of leases by new applicants
  • Assists in completion of monthly administrative tasks and ensures property’s paperwork is organized and complete; including, but not limited to: processing lease applications and move in lease files.
  • Interacts with prospective residents in a professional manner handle complaints, and transfer resident and vendor calls to correct departments as needed.
  • Conducts all business in accordance with company policies and procedures, Fair Housing, Americans with Disabilities Act, Fair Credit Reporting Act, and all other laws pertaining to multi-family housing.
  • Performs other duties as assigned by the SVP/Central Service Manager.
