MG Properties is seeking a motivated Operations Manager to support apartment communities throughout an assigned region. This role serves as a regional floater and provides hands-on experience in all aspects of property management, making it an excellent opportunity for professionals looking to grow into community leadership.

Responsibilities

→Support daily property operations, leasing, resident relations, and financial performance.
→Assist with budgeting, rent collections, invoice approvals, and vendor management.
→Hire, train, supervise, and develop onsite team members.
→Conduct property inspections and coordinate maintenance activities.
→Ensure compliance with company policies, Fair Housing regulations, and safety standards.
→Build positive relationships with residents, vendors, and team members.

4+ years of onsite property management experience.
Strong leadership, customer service, and organizational skills.
Experience with property management software and Microsoft Office.
Valid driver's license and ability to travel within the assigned region.
Ability to adapt quickly and support multiple communities as business needs require.
