Job Snapshot

We're looking for an experienced IT Systems Engineer to join our growing team. In this role, you will be a key point of contact for our internal users, providing expert technical support and managing our IT infrastructure. You'll work with a variety of technologies, ensuring a smooth and secure IT environment for all employees.

Provide advanced support to internal users through our ticketing system, resolving complex technical issues efficiently.

Manage and administer our core productivity suites, including Google Workspace and Microsoft 365.

Handle user lifecycle management, including the onboarding and offboarding of users, ensuring a seamless process for new hires and departing employees.

Perform user inductions and provide training on IT systems and best practices.

Administer and maintain our Jamf Pro environment for macOS device management.

Provide comprehensive support for both macOS and Windows operating systems.

Manage and support Single Sign-On (SSO) integrations to streamline user access to applications.

Oversee antivirus support and other security tools to protect against threats.

Participate in IT infrastructure maintenance, including system building and deployment.

Assist with the management of cloud infrastructure.

Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field.

4+ years of experience in progressive IT infrastructure/operations experience.

Proven experience in a similar IT support or systems administration role.

Strong technical knowledge of Jamf Pro and MDM (Mobile Device Management) concepts.

Expertise in administering Google Workspace and Microsoft 365.
