 Job Overview 

We are looking for a detail-oriented Training Specialist to join our Customer Education team, supporting Mitratech’s TeamConnect platform.

This role is ideal for someone with legal experience interested in transitioning into a training and enablement career. You don’t need to be a professional trainer yet; we will teach you that. What matters most is your ability to understand legal workflows, learn complex systems, and communicate clearly.

Required

• →1+ years of experience in a legal environment (law firm, legal department, or legal services)
• →Strong English communication skills (written and verbal)
• →Close attention to detail and organization
• →Ability to learn complex systems quickly
• →Strong time management and ability to work independently

Preferred (but not required)

• →Experience explaining processes or training others
• →Experience with legal software or case/matter management systems
• →Experience creating documentation, guides, or SOPs
• →Familiarity with LMS platforms or eLearning tools

• Bachelor's Degree in Law, Criminology, Public Administration, Political Science, or related fields.
