We're a background screening and occupational health platform that takes background checks from order to final report: candidate PII collection, vendor orchestration, adjudication, and compliance-ready delivery, all under one roof.

We're looking for a Senior Full Stack Engineer who's equally at home in a mature Rails monolith and a fleet of fast, focused Go services.  Someone who enjoys owning features end-to-end in a domain where correctness, security, and speed all genuinely matter.

• →Strong production experience with b2b SaaS applications.
• →Solid Go skills, or equivalent backend experience with HTTP services, background workers, and comfort with concurrency.
• →Strong PostgreSQL skills and good instincts for relational data modeling.
• →A track record building and consuming REST APIs and third-party integrations (webhooks, OAuth, SFTP); mcp experience is a plus.
• →Comfort with server-rendered frontends (ERB/HTML/CSS) and a habit of writing well tested code.

We will disclose intended pay ranges in our job ads for US-based opportunities – This role can be performed 100% remote anywhere in the US. Anticipated Pay Range: $155k – $170k Annually USD

Total compensation includes US employee benefits and annual bonus eligibility.
