The Project Manager is responsible for planning, directing and coordinating activities of assigned projects to ensure that project goals and objectives are accomplished within prescribed schedule and budgetary constraints.

  • →Lead and manage a team by training, developing and coaching employees on a consistent basis
  • →Review project proposal and/or project execution plan to determine budget constraints, documentation requirements, staffing requirements and/or allotment of available resources to various phases of the project
  • →Establish and maintain the work plan/project schedule
  • →Direct and coordinate activities of project personnel to ensure that the project schedule and budget are maintained
  • →Visit project work sites occasionally
  • →Review status reports prepared by project personnel and modifies schedules or plans as required
  • →Prepare scheduled status/job cost reports for management, clients or others
  • →Confer with project personnel to provide technical advice and to resolve problems
  • →Demonstrates strong adherence to Company policies and procedures, included but not limited to Safety, and Company values
  • →Perform all other duties as assigned by manager and/or supervisor

Requirements

  • High School diploma or equivalent education
  • BS/BA degree in Engineering, Management or related field preferred
  • 5+ years project management experience in the Oil and Fabrication Industry
  • PMP (Project Management Professional) preferred
  • Intermediate level written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to perform basic level mathematical skills
  • Experience in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel and Word
  • Experience operating standard office equipment
  • Must have strong organizational and time management skills
  • For new hires, must meet all Performance Energy Services employment qualifications in force at time of hiring, including successful completion of a background investigation and pre-employment drug screen
  • For new hires, must successfully complete all required training by Performance Energy Services
