We're looking for a Project Manager who thrives at the intersection of business, technology, and AI. 

You will own the client onboarding journey — shaping business processes, EDI integrations, and reporting specs — while working shoulder-to-shoulder with our in-house developers to design and refine the platforms that power our operations.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • New Development & Client Onboarding — 40%
    Lead the end-to-end onboarding of new clients on our internal platforms. Gather and validate business requirements, design EDI flows and report specifications, and translate them into clear, build-ready specs for the development team. Drive each project from kickoff to go-live, ensuring delivery is on time, on scope, and on quality.
  • Platform Operations & Maintenance — 25%
    Own the day-to-day health of the platforms and integrations you've launched. Triage issues, prioritize enhancements, manage change requests, and partner with engineering to keep everything running smoothly long after go-live — so clients keep getting value, not just a launch.
  • Cross-functional Communication & Stakeholder Management — 20%
    Act as the bridge between clients, operations, and our software development team. Run requirement workshops, lead status reviews, align expectations, and turn ambiguous business conversations into structured decisions everyone can act on.
  • Continuous Improvement & AI-Driven Innovation — 15%
    Constantly look for ways to make our processes, platforms, and team output better — faster. Leverage AI tools fluently across analysis, documentation, and decision-making, and bring forward ideas that help our lean team punch far above its weight.


JOB QUALIFICATIONS

Education/Technical Skills

  • Bachelor's degree or above in Information Management, Computer Science, IE, or related fields; PMP / Agile certifications a plus.
  • Solid knowledge of EDI standards (EDIFACT, X12, XML/JSON, APIs) and system integration concepts.
  • Skilled in writing functional specs, report specs, and process flows; able to read data models and basic SQL.
  • Fluent use of modern AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Copilot) to accelerate analysis and delivery.


Knowledge/Work Experience

  • 5+ years as a PM, BA, or Implementation Consultant on internally developed or enterprise platforms.
  • Proven track record leading client onboarding involving system integration, EDI, and custom reporting.
  • Strong experience working with in-house dev teams across the full SDLC.
  • Logistics, freight forwarding, or supply chain background highly preferred.
