Location: Denver or Chicago

Motive is looking for a Senior Account Executive who is ready to take ownership of integrated campaigns, drive client success, and help guide internal teams toward exceptional creative execution. You’ll partner closely with clients and internal teams across traditional, digital, social, experiential, and promotional projects—ensuring work is delivered on time, on brief, and at the highest standard.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as a primary point of contact for day-to-day client needs, building trust and confidence through responsiveness and strategic thinking.

  • Translate client objectives into clear, actionable creative briefs that inspire both strategy and execution.

  • Collaborate with creative and strategy teams to ensure work aligns with business goals, participating in ideation sessions and pitch development.

  • Lead complex, multi-disciplinary projects from kick-off through delivery, managing timelines, scopes, budgets, and delegated tasks.

  • Anticipate client and project needs, recommending improvements or pivots to keep campaigns on track.

  • Own project-level Statements of Work (SOWs), ensuring alignment with deliverables and communicating adjustments as needed.

  • Mentor and guide junior account team members, fostering a collaborative, proactive team environment.

  • Contribute to internal process improvements, team alignment, and agency-wide best practices.


Requirements

  • 5+ years of integrated agency experience, ideally with CPG or consumer brands.

  • Strong knowledge of traditional, digital, social, experiential, and promotional marketing tactics.

  • Proven ability to manage multiple clients, campaigns, and timelines simultaneously.

  • Experience managing budgets, scopes, and internal resources with accuracy and foresight.

  • Confident presenting work and ideas to both clients and internal stakeholders.

  • Familiarity with project management platforms such as Workamajig is a plus.

  • Collaborative mindset, proactive problem-solving approach, and a drive to elevate work and team performance.

The starting salary for this position is between $65k and $80k annually, based on experience and location.
