Therapist - LCSW, LPC, LMFT

We're looking for a compassionate, motivated Licensed Therapist to join our clinical team. This is an excellent opportunity for a developing clinician who wants to gain meaningful experience providing therapy to adults with substance use and co-occurring mental health disorders while receiving supervision from experienced professionals as you work toward independent licensure.

• →Facilitate individual, group, and family therapy sessions
• →Complete biopsychosocial assessments and participate in treatment planning
• →Maintain timely, accurate clinical documentation
• →Collaborate with physicians, nurses, case managers, and the interdisciplinary treatment team
• →Monitor client progress and adjust treatment interventions as appropriate
• →Help create a safe, supportive, and therapeutic environment
• →Receive clinical supervision and continue developing your therapeutic skills

• Active Colorado LCSW, LPC, LMFT
• Passion for helping individuals experiencing substance use and co-occurring mental health disorders
• Strong clinical, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screen
• CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
