About the Role
~1 min readAs a Therapist holding credentials such as LPCC, LSW, or AMFT, you will play a critical role in providing mental health support and therapeutic services to individuals, families, and groups across diverse populations. Your primary objective will be to assess, diagnose, and treat emotional, behavioral, and mental health issues, facilitating clients' progress toward improved well-being and life functioning. You will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized treatment plans that address clients' unique needs and goals. This role requires maintaining detailed clinical documentation and adhering to ethical and legal standards to ensure high-quality care.
Requirements
~1 min read- Valid and active licensure as a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), Licensed Social Worker (LSW), or Associate Marriage and Family Therapist (AMFT) in the state of Colorado.
- Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, or a related mental health field from an accredited institution.
- Demonstrated experience providing clinical therapy services to diverse client populations.
- Strong knowledge of mental health disorders, therapeutic modalities, and ethical standards.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and comply with HIPAA and other relevant regulations.
- Experience working with specific populations such as children, adolescents, veterans, or individuals with substance use disorders.
- Training or certification in specialized therapeutic techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), or Trauma-Informed Care.
- Experience with electronic health record (EHR) systems and telehealth service delivery.
- Active participation in professional organizations related to mental health.
