Boeing Defense, Space & Security (BDS) has an exciting opportunity for an Associate Procurement Agent (Level 2) to join our T-7A Red Hawk Supply Chain Team in Berkeley, Missouri.
Position Responsibilities:
Performs continuous review and analysis of demand and supply
Prepares and executes proprietary information agreements
Supports sourcing strategies, negotiations and documenting of contracts and agreements
Communicates performance expectations and metrics to evaluate and monitor supplier performance
This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options.

This position is for 1st shift.
This position requires the ability to obtain a U.S. Security Clearance for which the U.S. Government requires U.S. Citizenship. (An Interim and/or final U.S. Secret Clearance Post Start is required.)

Responsibilities

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
More than 1 year of experience in supplier management or supply chain management
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
Bachelor’s degree or higher
More than 1 year of experience in negotiating contracts or managing supplier performance
More than 1 year of experience negotiating directly with suppliers
Typical Education/Experience:
Typically 3 or more years’ related work experience or relevant military experience. Advanced degree (e.g. Bachelor, Master, etc.) preferred, but not required.
Conflict of Interest:
Successful candidates for this job must satisfy the Company’s Conflict of Interest (COI) assessment process.
Relocation:
Relocation assistance is not a negotiable benefit for this position. Candidates must live in the immediate area or relocate at their own expense.
Travel:
Position may require travel up to 10% of the time.
