Associate Manager, Procurement & Contracts

• →Experience: 3-5+ years of progressive experience in commercial procurement, strategic sourcing, or contract management (construction, real estate, or FM experience preferred).
• →Contractual Mastery: knowledge in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial contracts, risk allocation, and legal terms with external suppliers.
• →Financial Acumen: Strong proficiency in cost modeling, unit-rate benchmarking, invoice auditing, and analyzing market-wide material price trends.
• →Negotiation & Conflict Resolution: Proven track record of securing competitive pricing, driving cost savings, and resolving complex commercial claims under pressure.
• →Stakeholder Management: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills to negotiate assertively with vendor executives and present actionable trade-offs to internal leadership.
• →Education & Credentials: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, & Law Professional certifications are a plus.
  
  

This role is based in our Amman office location. As a company driven by innovation and continuous change, close collaboration is essential. We’re constantly reimagining our industry, creating new products, and refining our processes, and we do our best work together. That’s why all of our office-based teams work onsite, five days a week.
